1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Talos, a sports team management platform operated by ADSA ("Talos", "we", "us", "our"), including our mobile application and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Talos lets players, coaches, and organizers create and manage teams, organize matches and tournaments, discover and book sport centers, discover players, and communicate through in-app chat and comments.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Talos account. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.

5. User Content & Conduct

Talos allows you to post content such as chat messages, comments, and profile information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a license to host, store, and display it as needed to operate the Service.

When using Talos, you agree not to:

• Post content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Post spam or content unrelated to the purpose of the Service.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or team.
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Reporting, Blocking & Moderation

Talos provides tools to keep the community safe:

• Report: you can report any chat message or comment that violates these Terms. Reported content is hidden from view while we review it.
• Block: you can block any user to stop them from contacting you or seeing your profile.
• Moderation: we may review, remove, or hide User Content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that we determine violate these Terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.

7. Sport Center Bookings & Team Activity

Talos facilitates the organization of matches, tournaments, and sport center bookings between users. Talos does not process payments within the Service; any arrangements regarding costs or payment for a booking are between the participating users and the applicable sport center, outside of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADSA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages arising from interactions with other users, teams, or sport centers arranged through the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ADSA's place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [Specific governing jurisdiction to be confirmed by ADSA.]

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
